Shipping and returns

1. Shipping

• Destinations: Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For other countries, write to us for a quote.
• Cost: included in the price.
• Dispatch: from Lima, Peru, within 3–5 working days of payment.
• Service: registered international post with tracking. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks; customs clearance may add a few days.
• Tracking: we email you the tracking number when the parcel leaves.

2. Import VAT and fees

The parcel is imported into Switzerland/Liechtenstein. Swiss import VAT (currently 8.1% of the value) and the carrier's customs handling fee are charged to the recipient on delivery. We declare the real value of the goods.

3. Returns within 14 days

• Tell us within 14 days of receipt ([email protected] or the website chat) and send the item back within a further 14 days.
• The item must be unused, unwashed and with its label.
• We refund the price paid, including the original shipping, within 14 days of receiving the return, via PayPal.
• Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is defective or not what you ordered.

4. Defects

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us your order number and a photo. We replace or refund it, including all shipping costs.
